3 Negotiation and Agreements   < Meeting with the parties arranged to report to the parties on the results of the investigation.  Resolution of the Committee of Management provided in writing to the parties to the dispute.  (Several meeting may called to seek clarification on the dispute)
4 Resolution or the decision of the Committee Of Management   Resolution or Disagreement be recorded
5 Signoff between the parties   Conclusion of the Dispute.

Note All Parties have the right to refer the dispute after due process to the Department of Justice as provided in the Act.
